Sharing and boosting the professional knowledge among the youth clubs. The method will be based on actual cases and will include “The 7 aspects of pedagogy”; it should appeal to everyone and moreover include playing/competition in a way that the participants will find relevant and engaging.
A board game used in connection with a course of development which stimulates reflection, feedback and debate among the players through the combination of cases and category questions. Everyday life is put at work through actual cases plus methods such as Rokkjær and Hildebrandt-Jensen’s 7 aspects of pedagogy and De Bono’s Thinking Hats. The game will be specificly developed for each individual organization/institution and will therefore form an obvious, relevant and vivid laboratory for pedagogy. A place where experimental thoughts and ideas can evolve safely so that everyone may contribute in enriching others with their knowledge and at the same time get enriched themselves.
Jesper Larsen, Head of the Fredericia Youth Clubs:
